The EES questionnaire contains of 100 questions that are carefully designed to assess various aspects of an SME's operations, aiming to evaluate their commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. The questionnaire covers a wide range of topics relevant to business performance, such as quality management, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, innovation, sustainability, and cybersecurity.
Practically there are four pillars in the questionnaire:
